These General Conditions of Sale are applied to the supply of services exclusively purchased on the website in accordance with the provisions of Italian Consumer Code, Part III, Title III, Chapter I, (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by:

Art. 2 – Subject


  1.  These General Conditions of Sale refer to the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for services on JudoData. They do not refer to the supply of services or the sale of products by third parties that are present on the website through links, banners or other hypertext links..
  2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and/or services from third parties, we suggest you to check their conditions of sale.



Art. 3 – Registered Users

  1. All those who browse and/or purchase the services offered directly by the Website Manager are hereinafter referred to as: Users.
  2. By completing the registration, the User will follow the instructions on the website and undertakes to provide their personal data correctly. The User is responsible for the data provided.
  3. Once registered, the User will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. Confirmation must be communicated within 48 hours at the latest. After 48 hours, in the absence of confirmation, the Manager will be free from any commitment towards the User.
  4. The confirmation will always exonerate the Website Manager from any responsibility regarding the data provided by the User. The User will promptly inform the Manager of any changes to their data.
  5. If the User communicates inaccurate or incomplete data or even if there will be disputes about the payments made, the Website Manager will have the right not to activate or suspend the service until the relative deficiencies are rectified.
  6. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his access data and to keep them with care and diligence and not to transfer them, even temporarily, to third parties..


Art. 4 – Agreement

  1. To complete the purchase contract, it will be necessary to fill the form following the relative instructions.
  2. The document contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, information on each service purchased, the permitted means of payment, the conditions for the right of withdrawal..
  3. You will be asked to confirm the reading of the General Conditions of Sale including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
  4. Payment will be made from the moment the online order forwarding procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking on the “subscribe” button at the end of the wizard.
  5. The service will be active immediately after making the payment.


Art. 5 – Prices and Payment

  2. In the event of an error, the Manager will notify the User as soon as possible, allowing the confirmation of the order at the right amount or cancellation. the Manager will never be obliged to provide the service at the lower price incorrectly indicated.
  3. The prices of the site are taxes included. Prices can change at any time. The changes do not affect subscriptions for which payment has already been made and therefore the service activated.
  4. Once the services have been selected, it will be enough to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.
  5. Payment can be made via: Paypal and Credit Cards.



Art. 6 – Services Activation

  1. The services will be activated immediately and in any case no later than 3 days from the payment made on the website.
  2. The services will be available online by accessing the User profile created at the time of purchase or previously.


Art. 7 – Withdrawal


  1.  In accordance with the legal provisions active in Italy, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days from the date of activation of the service (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 57).
  2. The User who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal can do so on the specific page: “MEMBERS” on the website. 
  3. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services are included in the categories set out in Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59.
  4. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.
  5. The previous provisions of this article always remain valid but the Website Manager will evaluate, only for Users who have made the annual subscription, the possibility of withdrawing at any time and in this case will return 50% of the cost corresponding to the remaining period.


Art. 10 – Data Processing


  1.  The User’s data are processed in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section containing the information.


Art. 11 – Safeguard Clause


  1.  If an Article present in these General Conditions of Sale or one of its paragraphs is null, this will never compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions..

Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
  2. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively by the Italian authority.
