  1. These General Conditions of Sale refer to the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for services on JudoData. They do not refer to the supply of services or the sale of products by third parties that are present on the website through links, banners or other hypertext links..
  2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and/or services from third parties, we suggest you to check their conditions of sale.



Art. 3 – Registered Users

  1. All those who browse and/or purchase the services offered directly by the Website Manager are hereinafter referred to as: Users.
  2. By completing the registration, the User will follow the instructions on the website and undertakes to provide their personal data correctly. The User is responsible for the data provided.
  3. Once registered, the User will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. Confirmation must be communicated within 48 hours at the latest. After 48 hours, in the absence of confirmation, the Manager will be free from any commitment towards the User.
  4. The confirmation will always exonerate the Website Manager from any responsibility regarding the data provided by the User. The User will promptly inform the Manager of any changes to their data.
  5. If the User communicates inaccurate or incomplete data or even if there will be disputes about the payments made, the Website Manager will have the right not to activate or suspend the service until the relative deficiencies are rectified.

Art. 4 – Agreement

  1. To complete the purchase contract, it will be necessary to fill the form following the relative instructions.

Art. 5 – Prices and Payment

  4. Once the services have been selected, it will be enough to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested in each step of the process. Order details can be changed before payment.

Art. 6 – Services Activation

  1. The services will be activated immediately and in any case no later than 3 days from the payment made on the website.
  2. The services will be available online by accessing the User profile created at the time of purchase or previously.


Art. 7 – Withdrawal


  1. In accordance with the legal provisions active in Italy, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days from the date of activation of the service (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 57).
  2. The User who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal can do so on the specific page: “MEMBERS” on the website. 
  3. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the services are included in the categories set out in Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 59.
  4. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase.
  5. The previous provisions of this article always remain valid but the Website Manager will evaluate, only for Users who have made the annual subscription, the possibility of withdrawing at any time and in this case will return 50% of the cost corresponding to the remaining period.

  2. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively by the Italian authority.
